First

Looks like game developer machine Electronic Arts has vowed to remove the DRM from many of it's future titles, specifically The Sims 3. Seems to me that DRM is what is killing most of the gaming industry, besides the slight stabs that the other entertainment industries are making at it.

Speaking of which, a thing that I favor is the explaination in why the music industry is failing. Favor meaning that I prefer this example over any other way of blaming things; like piracy, bad music production, etc.

To the explaination. The gaming industry is the towering example over why the other entertainment industries are suffering. Gaming is becoming an extravigant hobby, and with becoming so extravigant shows how much money is being made in this sector. The money also shows how the audiences of other entertainment are being stolen for the sole purpose of gaming.

How vicious, I love gaming.
